Consignment Policy Costumes must be clean and in good repair Costumes with rips, stains or visibly missing pieces will not be accepted Costumes with odours will not be accepted Costumes must be on a hanger and will not be accepted if they are presented rolled up in bags All costumes will be taken by appointment only All costumes will be given a tracking number Costumes will not be labelled with studio names Sale price of costumes will be mutually agreed upon by the consigner and consignee The consigner and Sequels and Sequins will split the sale price with 50% going to the consigner and 50% going to Sequels and Sequins Costumes will be photographed and put on the Sequels and Sequins website for potential purchasers to view Costumes will be at Sequels and Sequins for a 3 month period of time. After the 3 month period is completed the consigner can pick up the costume(s) or place the costume back on consignment at a reduced price If the costume is not picked up with 30 days of the final sale date, the costume becomes the sole ownership of Sequels and Sequins with the full sale amount going to Sequels and Sequins A detailed receipt with costume numbers will be provided for your records Cheques for costumes sold during the month will be issued on the 15 th of the month Liability Waiver: Sequels and Sequins will not be held responsible for loss due to fire, flood, theft or other unforseen circumstances.
